• Please do not feed any live stock on the farm

• No smoking or vaping inside anywhere

• Please lock door and close windows when leaving & venturing outside the property for your own security - we do have 24 hour CCTV around the property

• Lost keys will result in a £50 replacement fee

• Breaching house rules or causing disturbances may result in a £250 penalty

Please report any issues or damage as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly

We ask that lights, heating and appliances are switched off when not in use
