Lost keys will result in a £50 replacement fee
Breaching house rules or causing disturbances may result in a £250 penalty
Please report any issues or damage as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly
We ask that lights, heating and appliances are switched off when not in use
Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay and may be charged accordingly via the booking platform
