Pet and Assistance Animal Policy
We are a proud pet-friendly property! Guests travelling with standard pets are warmly welcomed, subject to our standard pet fee of £30 per stay.
Assistance Dog: In strict compliance with the UK Equality Act 2010 and Airbnb's Accessibility Policy, recognised assistance dogs are not considered pets. Therefore, our standard pet fees and security deposits do not apply to assistance dogs. For safety and insurance reasons, we simply ask that you notify us in advance.
House Rules for All Animals (Including Assistance Dogs)
- Furniture: Animals are strictly not allowed on the furniture or beds at any times
- Outdoor Areas & Mess: Guests are required to clean up all dog waste immediately and dispose of it in the external bins provided.
- Supervision: Animals must remain under the handler's control and cannot be left unattended on the premises
Note: Guests remain financially liable for any physical damage or excessive, non-standard deep cleaning required as a result of their animal's stay
